Health and Dental
- Eligible on 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment.
- Company pays one-half of employee only coverage. Dependent coverage is available at employee’s expense.
- Voluntary accident, disability, etc. premiums may be paid by payroll deduction.
- Insurance deductions are pretax.
- A cafeteria plan may permit an employee to revoke an election during a period of coverage and to make a new election only in limited circumstances, such as a change in status event.
- Open enrollment is March 1st.
Eligible after 90 days of employment for the following six paid holidays
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Christmas Day
Vacation & Personal Leave
- One week of paid vacation after one year of employment
- Two weeks of paid vacation after five years of employment
- Three weeks of paid vacation after ten years of employment
- Employees can earn up to 60 hours in personal time annually. Time is accrued monthly following the first full month of employment at a rate of 5 hours per month.
